Dear Nicky I would just like to thank you so much for the wonderful food you served us on February 21 at Omarino for Shaddi and Siobhan’s wedding. Everyone commented on how interesting all the different dishes were and also how tasty and fresh the food was. I know you spent some time on perfecting some of these dishes and they tasted so authentic (particularly the vine leaves and falafel where there can be a fine line between boring or delicious,) and yours were beautiful and delicious ! Both the salmon and lamb melted in the mouth. And the canapés beforehand were superb. Comment was also made by guests about your wonderful staff who were so professional and friendly, in particular Emily. I know Siobhan and Shaddi found you very helpful during the menu planning process and you went out of your way to accommodate their wishes. So many thanks to you Nicky and well done to your team in helping make it such a special day. I will recommend you to all my friends!
