Thank you to you and your excellent team for the thoroughly delicious catering you provided for Harriet & Chris’s wedding in North Canterbury on Waitangi weekend. I really enjoyed working with you in the months before the wedding and commend you on the communication during this period to prepare a menu for our 130 guests. Your advice on menu choices and your willingness to adapt the menu was greatly appreciated. I would like to specifically acknowledge your maitre d Georgia. She was very professional, friendly and caring and certainly ensured that the post ceremony drinks/canapes and reception proceeded very smoothly and without a hitch.
