I have been organising Apollo’s Xmas Functions for the past 6 years and with the growth in our company I decided to engage Verve to help take some of the pressure off. I was blown away by their organisation and professionalism, the night ran like clockwork. Brenda was fantastic looking after the tables and wait staff who were all superb. No one was left at dinner with an empty glass as the wait staff were very proactive. Nicky brought together a fantastic menu that suited us perfectly we had people with food allergies and vegetarians and everyone was catered for. What can I say the food was absolutely amazing! If you have the option of Salmon with a Champagne & Green Peppercorn Sauce definitely include it without hesitation! I was so impressed with Verve that the very next week I booked them in for next year. I would highly recommend them for any type of occasion. If you want a stress free function you can’t go past Verve! Thank you ladies again for your amazing menu and helping to make our Xmas function a success, can’t wait for this Xmas!
