Nicky Catered our wedding back in April 2011. She went above and beyond considering she lost her premises in the red zone 10 weeks before the wedding and still kept positive and cheerful and willing to help us as we scrambled to rearrange a lot of our plans, including venue – from in town to Rolleston. The food was just stunning, nothing could be faulted, we chose an on-table buffet, with everyone getting platters of the different dishes to share amongst their neighbors. Everyone there raved about the food and the service of her team, even my brother-in-law who is an award winning Aussie chef, and is very picky. Nicky is fun, accommodating, ready to alter to please but great at making suggestions that work so well. Very well priced too – couldn’t recommend her highly enough for your wedding – we plan to use her for future functions
