Whether you are choosing food for a cocktail party, a corporate function or as the nibbles post-ceremony for your wedding, our chefs have created a delicious range of morsels for every palate.

If you are choosing to have a cocktail style dinner function or wedding – with guests enjoying a meal sized portion of delicious morsels, we recommend starting with canapés and then moving on to something a little more substantial like our delicious slider and one or two walk & fork bowl food options. As guidance, 4 canapés, a slider and two bowl food will replace a full dinner meal, except for weddings.  Weddings are over a much longer period of time (typically starting at 2pm or 3pm), therefore a walk & fork menu would consist of: 5 x canapés post ceremony/pre dinner, a slider or two and two or three bowl food.  We also highly recommend a supper option for these style weddings.

GRAZING BOARDS

Grazing boards are a super idea and they look fantastic and taste great too. We like to add a plate and knife to them, to ensure guests are adequately fed…people can make themselves a wee feast to take with them.

Our grazing boards are replaced frequently to ensure they stay fresh and look wonderful for all of your guests.

Our standard boards consist of: Crackers, fresh gourmet breads, house made hummus, pâté and carrot butter; crudités; salami, shaved ham and smoked salmon; cheeses – brie and blue; olives, sundried tomatoes and pickles; chutney, dukkah.

If there’s something else you would like though, don’t hesitate to ask!
