Crackers, fresh gourmet breads, house made hummus, patè and carrot butter; crudite; salami, shaved ham and smoked salmon; cheeses – brie and blue, olives, sun-dried tomato and pickles; chutney, dukkah

Chicken thighs baked with capsicum, red onion, olives, capers & a balsamic reduction gf

Staffing,

All staffing (excluding bar staff, which we can quote for separately if required) is included for weddings following the following standard timings or similar.  Should your day be over a much longer period, there may be a small additional staffing charge.

5:30pm guests move to venue to be seated
5:45 bride and groom arrive, welcome / housekeeping / cake cutting
6pm dinner served & then cleared
7pm speeches
7:30pm dessert served
8pm dessert cleared
8:15pm first dance

Priced for a minimum of 50 guests
Includes GST, canapé napkins, cutlery & crockery, serving ware, staffing
Excludes travel costs
Final quote available on completion of all catering decisions by the client
