Our individually plated meals are able to be served to guests in two different styles.
ALTERNATE DROP MENU
You choose two choices of meal and we serve them to your seated guests – alternating between guests with the two meals. We can do this in two ways – with a full plated meal, or with the meat presented to each guest and platters of vegetables and|or salads on the tables to share.
PRE-ORDERED PLATED MENU
A pre-ordered menu means that your guests choose their preferred meal from a menu you provide when you send out the invite. Typically, there is a choice of 3|4 mains and 3 desserts. It means everyone gets just what they want!
